We provide guidance on studying abroad, including profile assessment, course and university selection, application assistance, scholarship guidance, visa guidance, English test guidance, education loan guidance and pre-departure support. The scope of any service we provide to you, and any fee for it, will be confirmed with you before work begins.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Decisions on admission, scholarships, education loans and visas are made by universities, scholarship providers, lenders and government authorities — not by PEC. We help you prepare, but we cannot and do not guarantee any admission, scholarship, loan, visa or other outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide information and documents that are true, complete and your own.
• Meet the deadlines and requirements set by institutions and authorities.
• Check and approve applications before they are submitted in your name.
• Tell us promptly about any change that affects your application.

We may stop providing services if we find that documents or information supplied are false or misleading.

5. Fees paid to third parties

Application fees, tuition deposits, test fees, visa fees, health surcharges and similar charges are paid to the relevant institution, test provider or authority and are governed by their own terms. See our refund & cancellation policy.
