What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or application form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, study preferences, academic background and any message you add. We also record the page you sent the form from, how you reached our website (for example the search engine, advert or link and any campaign tags in the address such as utm_source), your IP address and browser type. This helps us understand which pages and campaigns are useful and protects the forms from spam and abuse.

If you fill in one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submit in that form (for example your name, phone number, email and study preferences), together with the name of the form and of the advert or campaign it came from. We handle these details in the same way as an enquiry sent through this website.

When you send an enquiry we email you an acknowledgement with your reference number, and our team receives a copy of your enquiry.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp
• To provide counselling and the services you ask for
• To keep records of enquiries and improve our services

We don’t sell your personal information. When you ask us to apply to a university, scholarship or other provider on your behalf, we share the information needed for that application with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admission@panopticedu.in. This includes details you sent us through a Facebook or Instagram lead form: email us from the address or with the phone number you used, write “Delete my data” in the subject, and we will delete your enquiry record and confirm by email.

Cookies

This website uses two first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps forms secure and remembers how you arrived during your visit, and an anonymous visitor cookie (pec_vid, kept for up to 12 months) that lets us count visitors and page views. These cookies don’t identify you by name.

We also use the Google tag (Google Ads) and the Meta Pixel to measure how our adverts perform. These services may set their own cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit on this website and your browser details, under Google’s and Meta’s own privacy policies. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings, your Google ad settings and your Facebook ad preferences.
